DMCA Policy for Pineapple Punch
Pineapple Punch respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice
Upon receipt of a valid DMCA Takedown Notice, we will take whatever action, in our sole discretion, we deem appropriate, including removal of the challenged material from the Service. To be effective, the DMCA Takedown Notice must contain substantially the following:

- Provide your contact information, including your full legal name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
- Include a statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- Include a statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
- Provide your physical or electronic signature.

Counter-Notification Procedures
If you believe that your content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification with us (a "Counter-Notice") by submitting written notification to our Designated Copyright Agent identified above. Pursuant to the DMCA, the Counter-Notice must contain substantially the following:
- Identify the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or access to it was disabled (e.g., the specific URL(s)).
- Provide your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
- Include a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled.
- Include a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located, or if your address is outside of the U.S., for any judicial district in which Pineapple Punch may be found, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA Takedown Notice or an agent of such person.
- Provide your physical or electronic signature.
If a Counter-Notice is received by the Designated Copyright Agent, Pineapple Punch may send a copy of the Counter-Notice to the original complaining party informing that person that Pineapple Punch may replace the removed material or cease disabling it in 10 business days. Unless the copyright owner files an action seeking a court order against the content provider, member, or user, the removed material may be replaced or access to it restored in 10 to 14 business days or more after receipt of the Counter-Notice, at Pineapple Punch's sole discretion.
